Flashbacks i dont mind them. They're useful and somtimes makes fights a bit more intense.

It g-gets really annoying. Naruto the Abridged Series talks about that, it's pretty funny.

I hate it. If your going to show flashbacks, show them of things that give information that none of the previous episodes have done already. People who don't get it can just use the internet to find the information.
